There is no fee to join FindyourHCP or set up a profile. You will, however, be charged when you post a job/shift/opportunity. Different packages are available in our Pricing section.
Once you’ve been connected, you are free to coordinate directly with that practitioner and hire them again if you wish. In other words, your fee to us is for the first connection made and not any subsequent shift(s) or jobs filled by this HCP.
Please fill out this form and you will be kept in a confidential database. When we are ready to expand to your area, we will email you with a prompt to update your profile.
Job opportunities can be posted as far as one calendar year in advance, right up until a few hours before. For best results and the most choice, we suggest you post as soon as you know you’ll need someone.
We understand that the unexpected may arise, which may force a practitioner to cancel a confirmed shift or work assignment at the last minute. We require all such events have a justified reason. Without proper justification, the HCP will be charged a penalty fee of $250 which will be paid out to you for your troubles and to cover any expenses. This, however, will not affect the HCP’s current or any upcoming jobs.
Thoughtfully – and with a human touch. This is not an automatic process – it is a careful, deliberate process so that we can recommend practitioners to employers – and vice versa – with complete confidence.
When practitioners sign up for FindyourHCP, we ask them a series of questions about their experience, education, and areas of specialization, as well as for a list of references which we use (along with other avenues) to carefully vet their information.
Only once all these details are confirmed does a practitioner go into our database, ready to be matched with employers looking for their specific capabilities and experience.
Yes it's automated – but there will ALWAYS be a human element to this service so that we can confidently match employers with practitioners.
That’s always a possibility. The less specific your criteria, the greater the chances of finding a match. If a search comes up with nothing, you can try again with ‘looser’ criteria and might get lucky. You will have a direct line to us for help during the beta launch period, and we will do everything we possibly can to find you a great practitioner when you need them. This, however, cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
