Once you’ve been matched – which means you’ve accepted the job and they’ve accepted you – contact information will be exchanged on the logistics of the opportunity. There is no cost to the health care practitioner for this match. After your initial match, you are encouraged to coordinate with the employer directly on your own. All payment will go directly from them to you for services performed.
No. Signing up, browsing jobs, and matching with potential employers is completely free.
It varies greatly – some shifts will be posted by employers months in advance while others could be hours or the day before.
We understand that the unexpected may arise, which may force you to cancel a confirmed shift or work assignment at the last minute. We require all such events have a justified reason. Without proper justification, you will be charged a penalty fee of $250 which will be paid out to the employer for their troubles and to cover their expenses. This, however, will not affect your current or any upcoming jobs.

When you sign up for FindyourHCP we will ask you a series of questions about your experience, education, and areas of specialization. You will also be asked to provide a list of references, which we will use (along with other avenues) to carefully vet the information you’ve provided.
Once confirmed, all this information about you goes into our database ready to be matched with employers looking for someone with your specific capabilities and experience.
Yes it’s automated – but there will ALWAYS be a human element to this service so that we can confidently match employers with practitioners.
That’s always a possibility. The more flexible you are about time and location the greater the chances of finding a match. If a search comes up with nothing, you can try again with ‘looser’ criteria and might get lucky. You will have a direct line to us for help during the beta launch period, and we will do everything we possibly can to find you the shifts you want when you need them. This, however, cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
